We are very happy to be able to communicate the names of the iconic Wella Professionals 2023 TrendVision Award Finalists Announced for UK & Ireland. Carrying with it an truly outstanding heritage, the competition has become known as one of the most spectacular events in the hairdressing calendar.
The 2023 TrendVision Award has so far competitors on a journey showcasing their creativity and craftsmanship. It’s also an experience that offers a PR opportunity like no other. For many previous winners, this is the first step towards truly unleashing their creative career.
The competition launched at the beginning of the year and is open to anyone living or working in the UK or Ireland, including independent stylists. It aims to celebrate innovative colouring techniques, first class cutting skills and inspirational, fashionable hairdressing, whilst showcasing the exceptional Wella colour portfolio.
The Finalists are Announced
An initial photographic entry stage resulted in the selection of the finalists. Then announcements were made HERE and on INSTAGRAM on 25th July. There will be a total of six winners across four categories: Colour Visionary (UK Winner + Ireland Winner), Craft Visionary (UK Winner + Ireland Winner), Editorial Look (Joint UK & Ireland Winner), and the student category, XPOSURE Creative Colour (Joint UK & Ireland Winner). In addition, both countries will unite in a single competition for the People’s Choice Award in each category. This is a public vote. Voting is open from 31st July – 31st August, inclusive.
Finalists will attend the UK & Ireland Final on 25th September 2023, which will take place at MAGAZINE, LONDON. An audience exceeding 700 will celebrate the winners and runners up. They will be competing on the day, before celebrating throughout the night!
Gala Event
As well as the winners announcements, guests can expect a lavish drinks reception overlooking the Thames, gala dinner, exclusive hair shows and Wella brand experience zones to allow guests truly engage in the House of Wella.
