We are delighted to announce the UK & Ireland national winners of Kao Salon Division UK’s Global Creative Awards 2023.
On a beautiful sunny day earlier this month, the Menier Lounge in Southwark, London was the host location for an audience of salon guests and industry VIPs from the UK. They came together for a lunch and afternoon garden party to discover the gold, silver, and bronze winners from the UK & Ireland of Kao Salon Division UK’s Global Creative Awards 2023.
This was also opportunity for guests to meet all the finalists, as well as to review their stunning hair looks from across the 3 main categories, New Talent Colorist of the Year, Creative Colorist of the Year and Haircutter of the Year.

Global Experience in Chicago
All three gold winners will go on to represent the UK & Ireland in Chicago this September at the Kao Salon Global Experience. With its vibrant, friendly atmosphere and breathtaking lakeside views & stunning vistas, the Windy City is the perfect destination and a fantastic backdrop for the energy and creativity the Kao Salon family has to offer. Over two, creativity-packed days in Chicago, over two thousand stylists from all over the world will have the opportunity to immerse themselves in the hottest new colour concepts from Goldwell, the edgiest street styles and trends from KERASILK, KMS, VARIS and Oribe, and the most influential trends of shaping the future.
Editorial Awards
As well as the 3 main awards, there are now some exciting photo-only categories to celebrate the best of editorial creativity: Men‘s Hairstylist of the Year; Salon Team of the Year; Avant Garde Stylist of the Year and Editorial Colorist of the Year.
