“In my Resolute Collection, I used the hair to create strong points of interest,” explains Stacey Whyte of Cheveux Salon. “I manipulate it in ways to draw the eye of the viewer to take a closer look… to mesmerise.”
“In my Resolute Collection I wanted to work with symmetry and geometry within the looks and hook in the other aspects of the final images by using high contrast black and white to showcase the different elements from each look. Forcing the viewer to the points of interest within the images.
“Taking inspiration from iconic hair shoots that have gone before the years, I wanted the collection to feel familiar but new, reminiscent of classically iconic collections but with its own clear path and style of images that represent me and my work.”
