After the success of their Saks-festival in 2022, the Saks Gathering & Awards 2023 saw their people arrive from across the country to an ‘enchanted garden party’ on Sunday 11th June. The setting was lakeside at one of the jewels of the northeast – Wynyard Hall Estate.
On arrival at the Saks Gathering & Awards 2023, guests were greeted by a funky ‘New Orleans’ style brass band. Whilst giant deckchairs and stilted floral people gave the perfect opportunity for selfies and team photos. All before afternoon drinks, a summer BBQ, and catch-ups on the patio. The dress code was chic and sleek with a touch of magic. Of course, the Saks family brought all the enchanted vibes with their attire.
As the sun dipped ‘hedge men’ guided everyone inside for the awards ceremony where the winners were announced and celebrated. Luke Pluckrose, Saks Creative Director, jetted in fresh from a gig in Milan to help host. We was alongside Jezz Ellis, Saks Head of Ops and Stephen Kee, Saks Managing Director. Next, Ministry of Sound DJ and long-time friend of Saks, Nilesh Parmar, got the after-party started. They belted out top tunes well into the early hours.
