The Professional Beauty Association sets new dates for the ever-popular ISSE, NAHA and Beacon 2022 events.
The Professional Beauty Association (PBA), one of largest and most inclusive trade organization representing the entire beauty industry, is postponing January events until the spring and summer months. This extremely difficult decision involving such a drastic change in plans is due to the rising number of Covid cases during the holiday festivities Such action confirms th PBA’s commitment to its membership and determination to bring back live events in total safety.
Three events! Three new dates!
First of all, NAHA, the most prestigious professional beauty competition and award show in North America, will now take place on Sunday, April 3. The venue will remain at the Terrace Theater in Long Beach, CA. And the competition and show is expected to be as exciting as ever!
Beacon, the elite student program, will now take place April 2-3 at the Long Beach Convention Center. The event will welcome top students from across the nation as they gather to learn critical skills. This extraordinary opportunity is sure to help successfully launch their promising careers of choice in the beauty industry.
Finally, ISSE will also be shifting dates, moving to June 25-26 at the Long Beach Convention Center. As always, ISSE 2022 will feature interactive education from the industry’s top hair, skin, nail, and makeup educators and influencers. In the meantime, all participants should expect unique experiences, along with new and innovative exhibitors.
“While moving dates may not ideal, we felt it was the safest way to move forward for all in attendance.” says Nina Daily, Executive Director of the Professional Beauty Association. “Protocols will be in place for the new event dates. Such protocols will ensure the continued safety of attendees and exhibitors.”
