The Kilter Klub Collection by Mahogany

Mahogany’s The Kilter Klub collection takes its cue from the theatrical punk poetry of 80s subculture’s New Romantics and fashion designer Sharon Ezra.

Sharon Esra’s ‘Wilde Vertigga’ label takes an experimental approach. This highlights the harmony between asymmetric shapes and imperfection, inspired by the non-conformist thinking of Oscar Wilde. Remaining absolute to the Mahogany Hairdressing cut and colour philosophy, The Kilter Klub Collection comprises of internal offset layering techniques, sporadic texturising and internal disconnection, creating out of kilter idiosyncrasy.

The colour palette for this collection encompasses all textures and contrasting tones,” explains International Creative Director, Colin Greaney. “The bold and soft mirror imagery of the same colours creates contrast and unity. It shows that pretty is more powerful when it comes with an edge.”
